We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only if the product arrives damaged.

To report a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Damage caused after delivery

Once the damage claim is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
