Refund and Returns Policy

At D2 India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return and refund process.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items purchased during sales or clearance events (unless defective or damaged)

To initiate a return, please email us at info@d2india.in with your order details and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

If the return is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refundable amount will be credited to the original source account within 5–7 business days.
  • If the returned item fails to meet the stated return conditions, the refund may be rejected.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at info@d2india.in with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • After verification, we will either ship a replacement or process a full refund, based on your preference.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
